4.3 Summary of NSR and Other Obligations The Property is subject to the following NSR obligations presented in Table 4-2 and Figure 4-2). Prism Resources Inc. holds a 7.5% net profit interest on the Aurora and Sunday Lake properties. Effective November 28, 2012, the Company bought back Goldcorp’s 1% NSR on the Mine Property for $1 million.
